Thank you, I've print the template but is too big for 7" display.
I tried to follow the guide but the attached package gives me installation error on windows 10 pro. I tried to install the latest version from the manufacturer's website and the installation was successful but despite this the software cannot find the touch usb connected to the computer. I also tried to force egalax drivers instead of microsoft mouse driver but it says it already installed the suitable version. I tried on two other computers with windows 10 home but the problem is still the same.
Also if i use lsusb command i give Microchip technology and not egalax. Maybe touchberry use a different touchscreen?
At now this HMI is inusable
If the first option has not been succesfully, please follow the instruction explained at this website in order to recalibrate the touch! Please read how doing it at https://learn.adafruit.com/ar1100-resistive-touch-screen-controller-guide/calibrating-the-ar1100
I hope this helps!
Hi, in order to calibrate the touch of the Touchberry you have to download the latest release of the program eGalaxyTouch to a PC and connect the touch USB of the Panel to the PC that you will work with. Once opened, use the attached pattern in order to calibrate the screen. On this blog you can see an example!
I hope this helps!
