Problem with read digital inputs on SPARTAN PLC 16 I/Os ANALOG/DIGITAL

I'm starting to discover this device. Digital outputs work great.

I have a problem reading digital inputs. Maybe I have a problem with switch configuration?
rogramming with Arduino IDE.
