A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32: Timed out waiting for packet header ( PLC Ardbox Analog HF + Wifi)

I am working with an Ardbox Analog HF + Wifi PLC.

When I try to upload programs to the ESP32 antenna to connect it via wifi, when uploading it I get this error. This error can be solved in conventional ESP32s by pressing the Boot button, but being in the PLC this button is not visible. I don't know how to fix it.

Hello Dave,

To solve this problem, you simply need to install a driver so that the PC detects the ESP32 module directly without having to press the boot button to restart the bootloader,
